- Commissions are for personal use only.
- All payments are paid upfront.
- I have the right to decline a commission request if it makes me uncomfortable or I am unable to draw it.
- Unless it's a priority commission, it may take up to 3 months for me to finish the commission.
- You must submit reference images. If you do not have any or do not sumbit any and only give me descriptions be aware I may charge extra for any extra design I have to make.
- Please keep in mind that all commissions are digital works only. No physical items will be shipped. You will receive the digital art file only.
- If you post the artwork anywhere please remember to credit me. You are not allowed to claim the art as your own.
- I retain full rights and ownership of the artwork and I reserve the right to: post it to my own sites, present it in my portfolio or speedpaint videos. Unless specifically asked not to by the customer.
- You can not use my art for any NFT or AI related activities. This strictly forbidden. You will be permanently banned.
- Using my art for commercial use is forbidden.

PAYMENT
- Payments will be made via PayPal invoices only.
- Payments are non-refundable and by commissioning me you agree to NOT chargeback or refund any payments made and acknowedge that you are the owner of the submitted funds.
- All prices are shown in USD and payments are only accepted in USD.
- Be aware that I will charge extra if any big revisions to the artwork are requested.

WORK PROCESS
- Once I have accepted your commission request, I will send you a PayPal invoice. When I see that it has been paid and depending on where you are on the wait list, I will start drafting your commission.
- I will send you the rough sketch for approval. After that I will send you a cleaner sketch for approval again. If you want any revisions please let me know in this stage. Any later revisions may be charged extra.
- Once I have received the approval for the sketch I will proceed to finish the commissioned piece. If you would like further updates during the process please let me know. I will most likely send you updates throughout anyway.
-When you have recieved the final artwork, if there is anything you want to change there will be additional fees. If there is something that I might have forgotten or some details are wrong I will make the changes for free.
- You will recieve the finished artwork with a small watermark.

WHAT IS A PRIORITY COMMISSION
-If you need the artwork done by a certain date, by ordering a priority commission you can skip the wait list and get the commission done by a specified deadline. Priority commissions fee is up to 50% of the original price.
-Be aware that if I feel like I cannot meet the deadline I will not accept the commission.
